CATIA Forge Design Solutions

Stellar Forge Products, Inc., created by Custom Forge Die & Mold, Inc. back in 1999, was a revolutionary endeavor for ourselves and our clients. The inclusion of Catia Forge Design has totally complemented our technologically advanced CNC and CAD/CAM Plant II operations.

Still the No. 1 die manufacturer/design company in the United States, Stellar Forge Products, Inc. has again extended its' reach in providing and complying 1st hand with our customers' wants and needs. In March 2002, we added (4) seats of Catia V5, as an addition to our existing (4) seats of Catia AIX V4.3.3. (4.2.4 version), which many in the market- place are still actively running. We plan on running both V4 and V5 concurrently, at least until all of our customers have made the migration over to V5. This brings our total number of Catia chairs to (8) seats. Needless to say, our capability to provide complete engineering and design services to a wide range of forge operations speaks for itself. The upgrade will not be a complete overhaul immediately. We foresee ourselves utilizing Catia V4 for years to come. Like other Catia V4 users, especially the forgers, our history is in V4, so we will continue to use V4 until our customers no longer require such a version to be used.

Being a customer driven service company, Stellar Forge Products, Inc. will continue to operate the Plant II facility, like it's Plant I facility, true 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on a split-shift system. Stellar Forge Products, Inc. is the only captive forging die shop in the country that has truly embraced the realm of forge design.
